At Makkah Antique Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and your expectations.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy allows you to request a return within a limited time after receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
Sale Items
Only regular priced products are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts may not be refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product received
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team with your order details and product photos.
Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the gift was purchased by someone else and shipped to them first:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
Important notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Our support team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
